Heart Rate Zones
Your beats per minute (BPM) during training signify the type of training your are doing and the energy system your body is utilizing. When coupled with a heart rate monitor, the Heart Rate Zones feature during your ride will inform you of the energy system category your heart rate is falling into in real time. This is to ensure that the energy system you are utilizing is consistent with the type of training that you are undertaking.
